Check In: When you check in at the hotel, you need to show a valid ID and a credit card or debit card in your name. The required available credit may differ for each hotel. Also, the guest listed on the reservation must meet the hotel's minimum age requirement, which you can find on the checkout page when you book a hotel on this site.

Double Occupancy: Hotel reservations are confirmed for two adults (double occupancy). Unless mentioned otherwise, accommodations for more than two adults aren't guaranteed. Some hotels may not allow extra guests, and if they do, extra charges may apply, paid directly to the hotel.

Late Arrival and Failure to Check-in on First Night: If you need to cancel a cancelable reservation, call Farehubflight.com in advance. If you'll be late on your check-in date or can't check in as planned, let the hotel know. If you fail to check in on the reservation day without alerting the hotel, they might cancel the remaining part, and you might not get a refund, depending on the hotel's terms.

The charge also covers our service costs. The amount may vary based on factors like the hotel's location. We don't collect taxes directly; our hotel suppliers do. In some cases, the charge may include additional payments required by jurisdictions. Car Rental Bookings

We assist in facilitating your car reservation with rental car suppliers. Car rentals from this Site are subject to standard rental contracts of car rental companies, completed by you at vehicle pick-up. Non-Refundable Offerings: Most of our services, such as airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages, and associated service fees, become non-refundable 24 hours after booking.

Exception for Trip Protection Insurance: Notably, trip protection insurance is eligible for a refund within 10 days of purchase, provided travel hasn't commenced, and cancellation is initiated through our customer service center. All cancellations must be conducted via phone.

Refund Request Conditions

Refund requests are contingent upon specific conditions, including applying for cancellation, adhering to fare rules allowing refunds, avoiding "no show" status, and obtaining supplier waivers for cancellation and refund processing.

Unfortunately, a precise timeline for refund processing cannot be provided, as it follows a sequential format.

Processing and Collaboration

Upon receiving your cancellation request, our customer service agent will send an acknowledgment email with a tracking number, though this doesn't guarantee a refund.

If the supplier doesn't process the refund, our post-ticketing service fees for agent-assisted refunds will be reimbursed, excluding booking fees for the original reservation.

Important Note

Suppliers typically impose penalties for refunds, and customers should be aware of this aspect.

  • What are the rules for traveling with an infant?

    Airlines consider a child as an infant if its age is between 0 to 24 months. For domestic travel, you need to inform the airlines about the same while booking your tickets if the infant will sit on your lap, as there are no additional charges. However, the airline may recommend you book a seat for the infant and offer you the same at a special discounted price.

    For international travel, a separate ticket is compulsory for an infant, too, even if he or she may travel on your lap. When you make your reservation, follow it with a reservation for the infant. Some airlines have different rules for traveling with an infant. It is advisable to check for them on their website.
