You can use the site to make real reservations and purchases, but you can't use it for fake or illegal activities. If you break the rules, you could face legal action.

The offers on the site may change and may have certain limitations, like time restrictions or blackout dates. Prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. Be aware that lower prices might be available.

You need to follow additional terms for your reservations, purchases, and use of the site. Pay attention to the rules and restrictions, and make sure you understand them. Your reservation is only complete when you confirm it, and we ticket it.

To protect against credit card fraud, we verify the cardholder's information. If there's an issue, the fare may change. Airlines have 24 hours to confirm or deny a flight after you book. We'll let you know if there's an issue within that time.

Once confirmed, your reservation is binding, and you must follow all terms and conditions. Most reservations can't be transferred or refunded, and changes may come with extra fees. If you need to change or cancel, contact us right away. Changes are often allowed before your travel date, but penalties may apply.

International Travel

Farehubflight.com provides reservations for travel to specific international destinations. However, we don't guarantee that traveling to these areas is advisable or risk-free. Farehubflight.com is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from travel to such destinations.

If you are traveling internationally, it's your responsibility to check and meet foreign entry requirements. Ensure your travel documents, like passports and visas, are valid, and comply with all foreign entry rules. Farehubflight.com won't be liable if you're denied entry or transit through a country. We recommend checking government travel advisories before booking international travel, such as those on www.travel.state.gov.

Passport and Visa Requirements: Requirements may change so check for the latest information before booking and departure.

Health: Make sure you meet health entry requirements, get recommended inoculations, take necessary medication, and follow medical advice for your trip. Inoculation recommendations may change, so consult your doctor for the latest advice before departing.

Hotel Bookings

Pricing: Hotels sometimes offer lower prices for certain stays, but these rates may have special rules, like for canceling or getting a refund. Before you book, carefully check the room and rate details for any conditions. Prices, rates, and available rooms depend on the hotel's availability.

Check In: When you check in at the hotel, you need to show a valid ID and a credit card or debit card in your name. The required available credit may differ for each hotel. Also, the guest listed on the reservation must meet the hotel's minimum age requirement, which you can find on the checkout page when you book a hotel on this site.

Double Occupancy: Hotel reservations are confirmed for two adults (double occupancy). Unless mentioned otherwise, accommodations for more than two adults aren't guaranteed. Some hotels may not allow extra guests, and if they do, extra charges may apply, paid directly to the hotel.

Late Arrival and Failure to Check-in on First Night: If you need to cancel a cancelable reservation, call Farehubflight.com in advance. If you'll be late on your check-in date or can't check in as planned, let the hotel know. If you fail to check in on the reservation day without alerting the hotel, they might cancel the remaining part, and you might not get a refund, depending on the hotel's terms.

Cancellations and Changes to Your Reservation: Hotel cancellation policies differ. Some reservations can't be canceled or changed, while others may have penalties for canceling. Some are fully refundable. Always check the hotel's cancellation policy before booking.

Disability Needs: If you have special needs due to a disability, call the hotel to confirm they can meet your needs. If the hotel can't accommodate your disability needs, contact farehubflight.com customer service.

Hotel Accommodations and Special Requests: When using hotel reservation services on farehubflight.com, room type, bed number, and bed type selections may not be available. The hotel assigns rooms based on availability and its discretion. For hotels allowing smoking, a non-smoking room isn't guaranteed. If you have special requests, check with the hotel after booking. Farehubflight.com cannot guarantee these requests will be met.

Hotel Star Ratings: Our star rating system considers factors like amenities, facilities, reputation, and customer feedback. The system may differ from others, and farehubflight.com can change a hotel's rating anytime without notice.

Charges for Taxes and Fees: We charge your payment method for Taxes and Fees to cover hotel taxes. This includes anticipated taxes like sales, occupancy, and other similar taxes. The charge also covers our service costs. The amount may vary based on factors like the hotel's location. We don't collect taxes directly; our hotel suppliers do. In some cases, the charge may include additional payments required by jurisdictions. You might also incur mandatory or optional hotel-specific service fees or incidental charges, payable directly to the hotel at checkout. These charges may include destination marketing fees. If you're not a U.S. citizen traveling to your home country, additional taxes may apply. Contact the hotel for details.

Car Rental Bookings

We assist in facilitating your car reservation with rental car suppliers. Car rentals from this Site are subject to standard rental contracts of car rental companies, completed by you at vehicle pick-up. Actual prices may vary based on special requests and items purchased at the counter. Pricing can change if you alter the pick-up/drop-off date, time, or location or for other reasons at the rental car company's discretion. Although you can request child seats and other extras, they aren't guaranteed and depend on the rental car company's discretion. At pick-up, the driver needs a valid license and a credit card in their name. Some locations accept debit cards, but requirements vary. While our partners aim to honor your car type request, availability isn't guaranteed. Specific makes and models are for example only, and fleet information is subject to change.

Intellectual Property

All materials and content on the Site, such as images, illustrations, text, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and/or other intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property"). These rights are governed and safeguarded by United States and worldwide copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site as Intermediary

We act as an intermediary or agent for providers of travel-related products and/or services by promoting, selling, or accepting reservations or bookings for such products and/or services (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, etc.). We shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any actions or omissions on the part of such providers, resulting in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you and/or your travel companion(s). We do not guarantee any of such provider's rates, bookings, reservations, or other purchase terms. We shall not be responsible for any disruption of travel-related products and/or services, whether due to bankruptcy of any travel provider(s), monetary crisis, political or social unrest, labor problems, mechanical or construction difficulties, climatic aberrations, local laws, diseases, novel conditions, including terrorist activities, and/or events of "force majeure" (i.e., those beyond our reasonable control).

International Use

We don't claim that the materials or services on the Site are suitable or accessible in locations outside the United States. It's forbidden to access these materials and services from areas where their content is illegal. If you decide to access the Site from elsewhere, you do so voluntarily and must adhere to local laws.

Termination

We have the authority, at our sole discretion and without assuming any liability, to end your access to the entire or a portion of the Site, with or without notice, for any reason or without stating a reason.

Indemnification

You are responsible for defending and indemnifying us, our Providers and Distributors, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claim, legal action, or demand, including reasonable legal and accounting fees. This includes claims brought by you exceeding the liability described in this agreement or by third parties as a result of your use of the Site.

Entire Agreement; Governing Law; Venue; Severability

You are responsible for defending and indemnifying us, our providers, distributors, and all their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claim, legal action, or demand, including reasonable legal and accounting fees. This includes claims made by you exceeding the liability described in this agreement or by third parties due to your use of the Site.

New Jersey Seller of Travel

Farehubflight.com is registered as a Seller of Travel with the State of New Jersey. Please note that registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of New Jersey.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy Overview

Non-Refundable Offerings: Most of our services, such as airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages, and associated service fees, become non-refundable 24 hours after booking.

Exception for Trip Protection Insurance: Notably, trip protection insurance is eligible for a refund within 10 days of purchase, provided travel hasn't commenced, and cancellation is initiated through our customer service center. All cancellations must be conducted via phone.

Refund Request Conditions

Refund requests are contingent upon specific conditions, including applying for cancellation, adhering to fare rules allowing refunds, avoiding "no show" status, and obtaining supplier waivers for cancellation and refund processing.

Unfortunately, a precise timeline for refund processing cannot be provided, as it follows a sequential format.

Processing and Collaboration

Upon receiving your cancellation request, our customer service agent will send an acknowledgment email with a tracking number, though this doesn't guarantee a refund.

We collaborate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, and car rental companies) to secure waivers based on their rules.

Timeframe for Refund Process

The entire process, from request to credit on your statement, may take 60-90 days.

Post-ticketing Service Fees

Farehubflight.com post-ticketing service fees, applied on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis, are non-refundable, except when a supplier-authorized refund or waiver is obtained.

If the supplier doesn't process the refund, our post-ticketing service fees for agent-assisted refunds will be reimbursed, excluding booking fees for the original reservation.

Important Note

Suppliers typically impose penalties for refunds, and customers should be aware of this aspect.

For the security reasons, Fare Hub Flight shall only cancel over the phone, and not by email.

Trips where you visit multiple cities and return home/city of origin from the city you visited last - Up to $100 chargeable per passenger as service fee irrespective of the passenger type ticket.

Multi airline trips / Cities with staggering rate of frauds - Up to $50 chargeable per passenger as service fee irrespective of the passenger type ticket.

For certain airlines, a service fee of up to $40 per passenger can be charged.

Nearby Airport & Alternative Date - Up to $50 chargeable per passenger as service fee.

Fusion Fares - Up to $100 chargeable per passenger as service fee.

Service fees on bookings made through customer care center - For bookings made through customer care center including round-the-world as well as complex multi-stop itineraries, the service fee chargeable may be higher than the one applicable when the bookings are made online. This service fee is between $10 and $200. Senior citizens are charged up to only $100. Premium package benefits are included in Contact Center bookings.

All Airline Refunds/Future Credits are subject to each airline fare rules, policies and procedures Service fees on all changes, refunds, cancellations and future credits will be charged on a per passenger, per ticket basis.

‡ All our post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice. Our fees are in addition to any airline and/or other supplier imposed fees and charges.

‡ Government imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.

(1) - Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Only available if our Travel Suppliers’ fare rules allow cancellation and refunds, and we have accepted your request for a refund, you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), and if we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.

(2) - Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Airline Refunds/Future credits are subject to airline fare rules, policies and procedures.

Special Services - All Special Services are on a request basis ONLY and are subject to each airline's review and approval process along with their fare rules, policies and procedures. Special Service Fees will be charged upon the provision of the service(s) and will only be refunded if the request is denied by the airline.
